We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages in a timely manner. We make every reasonable effort to keep prices and quantities available current. However all offers are subject to availability. If an issue should arise we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternate purchase.

All orders are shipped out via Royal mail or parcel force. For in-stock items shipment will be within 2 working days of placement of your order. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order in a timely manner, you will be contacted as soon as possible at the contact information given during registration.

Payment:

Payment is accepted through paypal, google, credit and debit cards or posted orders with personal cheques. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.

Guarantee:

Manufactures Guarantees apply to all products unless stated otherwise.

Returns:

Retrurns are excepted within 7 days of delivery, refunds will be given for the purchase cost of the item excluding postage. To qualify for refund the goods must be returned in their original saleable condition.   .
